Beginning with a uniquely designed floor plan, much time and attention are diligently given to each and every phase of home construction to make sure all specifications are precisely met. Before home construction, a soils report is taken from the lot so each foundation system can be engineered to meet the existing conditions. Two story constructed homes use an engineered Web Truss floor system to ensure structural integrity. To lower attic temperature, a Radiant Barrier decking is used on the entire roof.
Inside, rooms are finished with custom cabinetry and shelving. Decorative crown runs along the ceilings, and ornate molding encase the windows. A large base wraps around the bottom of the beautifully hand scraped distressed wood and uniquely tiled floors. The latest and most efficient TRANE heating and air conditioning systems, Bradford White Plumbing hot water circulating systems, and Low E thermal break windows are used to achieve the highest level of quality, efficiency, and comfort.
We also work very closely with a custom swimming pool company that can design and install the pool of your choice. Pool construction can be done before or after home completion.
